At Ghirelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
